Building a team_ts from teggin
This is a short presentation I did on how to Build a Team and Build Capacity for people interested in implementing ePortfolios, either institutionally or programmatically.

As I composed the presentation, I realized, once again, how important *pedagogy* is to everything we do with ePortfolios.  You can't build a team or even start thinking about necessary infrastructure, without first identifying goals, outcomes, and the necessary pedagogy to support the achievement of these objectives.

I also realized that if you make your curriculum pedagogically meaningful, the technology often takes care of itself.  If students don't understand the purpose of the assignment, they will often find the technology to be really difficult; however, when they understand why they're doing what they're doing, and when they can get behind the assignment, the tend to understand the technology better as well.
