Turkey, Quinoa, and Peppers
It's Wednesday!  Crazy, because I spent all of yesterday thinking yesterday was Wednesday.  

Anyway.

Today's lunch is pretty much the same as Monday's, but it's so darn good it doesn't matter.  Also had 3 small mini-Reese's cups for a sweet treat.

Breakfast was a small slice of pumpkin bread, iced coffee, and a banana.

I wasn't sure I was going to be able to workout this morning.  I've had some neck pain for the past few days, and yesterday at one point it was so bad I could barely move.  I told myself that if it still hurt that bad this morning, I wouldn't be able to work out.  But, it felt better today!  Yay!

I still took it really easy today.  No increasing my weights today.
