This is a leftover Buffalo Chicken Burger, with some leftover quinoa (I added Parmesan cheese to it), and steamed broccoli & carrots. Absolutely delicious!
This doesn't look pretty, but that's because it's so good, I almost forgot to take a picture! Seriously yummy lunch today.
