• Sunday:  Crock pot Turkey & gravy, mashed cauliflower, grilled zucchini 
  • Monday:  Buffalo chicken burgers on whole grain English muffins, blue cheese dressing (with Greek yogurt), broccoli and carrots
  • Tuesday:  Pork Chops, sweet potatoes, corn
  • Wednesday:  Baked chicken, spaghetti squash pasta, one more side?
  • Thursday:  Healthy chicken nuggets, supposed to be quinoa pizza bites but now I'm going to change that
  • Friday:  Pizza
