- Monday: Buffalo chicken burgers on whole grain English muffins, blue cheese dressing (with Greek yogurt), broccoli and carrots
- Tuesday: Pork Chops, sweet potatoes, corn
- Wednesday: Baked chicken, spaghetti squash pasta, one more side?
- Thursday: Healthy chicken nuggets, supposed to be quinoa pizza bites but now I'm going to change that
- Friday: Pizza
